KREOSOTE is a Kustom (Made to Measure) Traditional Shoemaking operation that produces a limited number of hand-built boots each year.
Before selecting your boot from the KREOSOTE series, send a (Direct Message) in the Contact Form bellow, to set up a Date & Time to schedule a phone chat with Gabbard about your Boot order.
If needed another Date and Time can be scheduled for us to conduct a personalized FaceTime meeting so that I may assist you in your foot tracings and measurements.

KREOSOTE uses PayPal at Check Out, or if you prefer you may pay with a credit cards or certified Checks.
Foot Sizing
KREOSOTE Boots are MTM Kustom Lasted.
Each LAST is (built up) using Veg Tanned leather that is added to the LAST to accommodate the clients individual foot measurements.
I request from each of my Clients in the phone conversation we have prior to the ordering of each KREOSOTE boot that they try there best to send a set of Foot Measurements with in 30 days after placing there boot orders.
After receiving the Clients original Foot Measurements they are used as a guide reference to calculate what size LAST I should work with and then place all Client LAST orders with the LAST company (once a year) in the first week of January.
It is an impossible time consuming task to order an individual LAST for each Client more than once a year which is why I place all of my new Client Boot orders for LAST in January it cuts down on the administration distractions the shipping expenses and LAST prices per single order.
It's easer to place Client orders in bulk, so don't wait beyond 30m days to send your first set of Foot Measurements of your order.
I will contact each Client one month prior to the estimated build date to check in on any changes that might have accrued to their feet, if they have gained or lost more than 10 pounds a new set of Foot Measurements are required.
Refund Policy
KREOSOTE does (Not) offer a refund policy for any Boot Orders prior to or after they are made, each boot is Kustom Hand-built and I guarantee your boots will fit perfectly.
That said... if there are any issues at all with a fit I will be more than happy to adjust your boots using Traditional Bespoke adjustment and resizing methods to accommodate your request.
